Here are some of the most common questions we've been asked about our sleepover parties.

How long does set up take?

On average our parties take 1-2 hours to set up and style in your chosen theme. This is of course dependent on the size of the party. 

How long is the teepee hire for?

Our teepee hire is for 1 night. additional nights can be booked for £75 per night.  

Usually, we set up in the afternoon on the day of the party and pack up late morning/early afternoon the following day. We are very flexible and happy to set up and take down the equipment at a time that suits you.

What age range are the teepees suitable for?

We use full size single airbeds making our teepees suitable for children aged 4 to 16 years.

How much space do i need?

Each teepee including airbed measures 120cm (width) x 185cm (length).

What if I need to cancel my party?

Unfortunately last minute cancellations will result in a loss of your £75 deposit. If you wish to change the date of your party as long as one weeks notice is given there will be no additional charge.  

What happens if any equipment is damaged?

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or lost we will contact you and ask for the cost price to replace the item.

Can party themes be mixed?

Yes, our themes can be mixed.

What area do you cover?

We cover an approximate 10 mile radius from Guildford, Surrey. If you are further afield there will be a delivery charge.

When do I pay?

A deposit of £75 is taken at the time of booking. The outstanding balance is then due 14 days prior to the date of the sleepover party.

Can the teepees be used outside?

Unfortunately all our equipment is for indoor use only.

Do you set up teepee sleepovers in apartments/flats?

Yes, this is possible for us. Please do let us know, if access to your property is restricted.
